Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong product. If the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Proof of the issue (such as photos) may be required to complete the verification process.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, a new order must be placed.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to non-defective items. Cancellations, returns, or refunds will only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case a full refund will be issued after inspection.
Refund Processing
